QOD: I am so ready to get back to the gym and kick some ass (or at least try to!) Watching this makes me want to train hard and really, really, really makes me want to see CFHSV make a showing with more individual athletes and with a kick ass AFFILIATE TEAM next year! We can do this!!!

More importantly, I hope we can all come into the gym every day and give it our all. Let’s take a look at these amazing competitors and not only strive to be like them when it comes to dominating the WODS, but also when it comes to cheering on and inspiring our fellow athletes. These men and women complete grueling workout after grueling workout and then turn around and cheer on the very men and women they were competing against.

I would also like to see us all strive to be more well-rounded. Sure, it’s nice to have the heaviest dead lift or the highest CrossFit Total score, but a lot of these guys are missing gymnastics skills. I consider us lucky to have Russell at our gym. He has pushed us to do well at everything and to have amazing form. Some of these guys looked like they had never done a ring HSPU in their lives! And even though Rich killed the pistol WOD, I still think its a bit odd that he’d never done them in a WOD before. Let’s all get prepared to do it all and do it well!!!

    3-2-1-GO!
