50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Looks like we will be opening a 3:00 class to thin the heard a bit.

    29:05. About 1:30 above PR but with double unders instead of single unders. Only did 17 KTE due to Rhabdo in my abs.

    So…I think I get the award for the most accident prone crossfit huntsville member…week before last I fell off the platform and tonight I crashed into the box on my 46th jump. Large gash in my shin and a lot of swelling. I tried to continue the workout and got through about two wall ball shots when the pain got too terrible (plus blood was dripping down my leg which kind of grossed me out). Anyway, I stopped at 18:01 which was well on the way to a PR for me. Really makes me mad. I guess I will just have to kill it (and not myself) the next time it shows up.

    31:14 this was my first “Filthy 50” and the wall balls and burpees almost killed me. Not to mention that all the stuff I ate at Kevin’s yesterday is now wreaking havoc in my body. DAMN YOU WHEAT THINS!!!!!!

    35:42-First Filthy 50 as well. As Rx’ed except for the box jumps-18″ box instead of 24″.
    Crazy workout for a Sunday afternoon, and after 3 days off from the gym.

    If your leading the pack in “most accident prone CFHSV member” I’ve got to be second. Well…maybe I’m more in the “injury prone and frail” category.

    Filthy 50 with sub’s: 34:xx
    Single leg step ups for box jumps
    Single leg lunges and a kinda big step with the dicked up foot
    Regular, Clapping, Stagger hand and diamond push ups for burpees
    Single leg single unders x100 for double unders

    Beach Crossfit Workout #1

    5 rounds:
    100m sprint in the sand
    20 burpees

    3 minute rest between rounds. Instead of timing each round, we raced each other to make it competive.

    Two changes to RX due to busted up big toe with nasty bruise on the top of my foot.

    18 inch box w/ step-ups and one-legged single-unders X100. 30:01.

    22.27 PR by something. will have to look and see

    Finished everything except DU’s in 20:00 flat.

    DU’s under stress continue to be my nemesis. I guess since I have named it now…it means you will see me doing a LOT of DU’s after crappy met cons.

    Trail hike/jog with 45-50# pack. Time: 1:09. Had to pause once briefly when I was passing the butterfly viewing group on the trail, they didn’t want me to scare the butterflies.
