    Sinues have been a total wreck ever since heavy fran yesterday.

    As rx’ed 39:27 (PR)
    Returned to the 24″ boxes for the first time in over a month. No mishaps, no shin bang-ups, and my leg was completely uncovered rds. 3,4, and 5. Whew. It’s good to be back. (I stacked the two rubber coated 12″ boxes, and I think that did tons for my psyche on the 24″ jumps!)

    Last time we did this in February, my time was 36:40 at the 4rds + 400m run.

    I think I looked at the clock when I came in from the last run, and it was around 32:00.
    So, around a 4 min PR, but also finished the WOD this time.

    Great job,Katie, and way to push on through! If you hadn’t kept going, I think I would have easily stopped. Thanks for the push!

      And, after watching Admundson’s “Positive Self-Talk: The Greatest Adaptation” tonight, I’m actually MORE proud for my psychological/’between the ears’ victory, than finishing the WOD itself…..

    30:02 with 10# ball, went too light with the ball. Had my 10yr old son (Matthew) doing the runs and wb with me, which was pretty cool (thanks for Tracey for the impromptu coaching!). Only fell off the box once, crashed oh-so-gracefully. 30min c/d run after at the x-c park

    As Rx 4 rds at 35 min cut off.

    I could make lots of excuses about diet, stress, sleep, snakes in my head… blah, blah, blah, but that’s not the CF way. The work didn’t get done, I sucked. Had nothing, couldn’t find it, just muddled through waiting for the 35 min to expire so I could honorably quit. Today, the bear ate me.

    25:52 RX’d. I wanted sub 25 bad, my runs started to kill me towards the end.

    38:53… do not have my WOD log anymore so everything is a PR now! Runs were too slow and WBS sucked as usual. I like a good grinder every now and then!
