    25:38, scaled.
    Toes to bar became toes as high as I good get them, which was almost to the bar, and then knees to elbows, and then knees to armpits…
    20″ box jumps
    1.5 pood KB SDHPs instead of 2
    75# shoulder to overhead
    Everything else Rx’d.
    Killer workout.

    Far too lovely outside to be CF’ing the box; went mtn biking instead for 90min in Hays Nature Preserve.

    Staying diligent on Day 2 of CFHSV Paleo Challenge, despite having leftover birthday in the house!
