    that is great programming Russell! I wish I wasn’t getting on a plane at 6am. I would like to try this one. Its the reverse of Airforce and other wods that requires 4 burpees on the minute every minute. Nice!

    3 Snatch Pulls
    3 Power Snatches
    3 Snatch Push Press
    *Perform at 85-90% of 3 RM Power Snatch
    Rest 120 seconds between sets.

    All rounds with 110#. Did not drop the bar.
