AP, you are an inspiration, If I’m right, judging by the
benchpress/row WOD you did; you weigh 135# and did the
275# deadlift on this WOD!
Thanks Steve! Weighed this morning and was at 140, but ran a little over six miles about 90 mins before the wod so might have been below 140 at 3-2-1-Go time 🙂

Box jumps sucked the most!
