If anyone else is game (wants to do the benchmark prior to 5pm), I hope to do “Lynne” outside at 3pm while the boys are in CF Kids. Should be a stellar warm-up for weighted pushups!
sorry Josh….I have CFK at that time and kids are easily distracted.
mainly because the pull up bar is inside and not outside.
I shall make alternate plans
“LYNNE” one of my favorites. CFHSV female athletes remember we use 75% of your bodyweight on benches, so come shoot for the leader board. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!
I have created a “Take Them a Meal” schedule for the month of August for the Jarretts. PLEASE consider signing up to take them a meal. They are part of our CFHSV family. Amanda is always the first one to smile and cheer others on, and right now we need to return that love!

I can’t cook healthy delicious food. But I could buy them some zone friendly meals that we have in stock at the gym. Thoughts? I know Amanda is a strict paleo/zone girl:-)
Eric posted 135 lbs, 180 lbs, 235 lbs, 250 lbs, 260 lbs, 275 lbs, and 290(f) lbs for Weighted Push-up 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Great job Brady, Josh and Tracey
That is a ridiculous amount of weight
I witnessed greatness in Eric Hedges’ case, or at least Brady and I were stacking the weight on his back! That was a fun WOD. Thanks to Tracey and Dennis for helping with the plates.
Did 115 a pair of time, failed at 135, then 125, and came back to 135# to wrap it up.
I’m not sure about greatness but I appreciate the stacking of weights on my back and the motivation.
See ya at 0600
Wanted to say how much I really enjoyed the clean workshop with Dennis yesterday–really stellar coaching! I came away with some concrete things to work on. Thanks!
90# – good WOD to make you think about trying to keep your body in one straight line! Good work by everyone today!
Weighted Push Ups: 45-90-135-180-195-205X-200
