    If anyone else is game (wants to do the benchmark prior to 5pm), I hope to do “Lynne” outside at 3pm while the boys are in CF Kids. Should be a stellar warm-up for weighted pushups!

    “LYNNE” one of my favorites. CFHSV female athletes remember we use 75% of your bodyweight on benches, so come shoot for the leader board. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!

      I can’t cook healthy delicious food. But I could buy them some zone friendly meals that we have in stock at the gym. Thoughts? I know Amanda is a strict paleo/zone girl:-)

    I witnessed greatness in Eric Hedges’ case, or at least Brady and I were stacking the weight on his back! That was a fun WOD. Thanks to Tracey and Dennis for helping with the plates.

    Did 115 a pair of time, failed at 135, then 125, and came back to 135# to wrap it up.
