    Hello CFHSV Athletes,
Sorry about this belated post. I did not have access to the internet yesterday after the classes and M/U Clinic.

I wanted to say congratulations to everyone that PRd on Thrusters yesterday. Way to explode those hips to get momentum on the bar. Great improvements Melanie, Erin and Devon.

KLowe a Shout Out and Thank You for working/helping with the “BIG/Strong Boys” in the corner. Great Job.

To the M/U clinic class. Thanks for your hard work and excellent participation. Some of you are so close, keep up the hard work and stay passionate about accomplishing the CrossFit feat. I know you can do it. Congrats to those that hit their first strict M/Us and Robert on the BIG 6 Linked! John Hand you are the MAN!

Robert and Kristsi we would love to see the pictures on FLICKR or wherever and thanks for capturing the moment.

In closing, Josh G and Tracey I owe a HUGE thank you for your professional assistance, coaching, and support. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!

PS. Bring your “A” game for BULGER

Great pic Lori!! Way to go on the box jump accomplishment (without wounds of course)!

29:38 scaled: 4 Chest to Bar, 85# FS because I cleaned it each round, 5 hspu. I think I over scaled on all of it. I felt tired going into wod, but I knew that I wanted to stay moving with little rest or hugging my knees. Next time I will not puss out so bad.
Dennis thanks for the great coaching! as always you make me work harder to maintain good form throughout the wod. 🙂

Rx’d 8rds + 5 front squats @ 40 min cutoff. A brutal WOD, but my warped crossfit head loved it!

    Rx’d 32:09

Made up 1RM thruster workout at home.

    85-95-105-125-135-140-145(f)-145(f)

PR by 15lbs. Extra stoked because I was able to clean 145 (out of necessity due to no squat rack at home, but regardless, I got it! PR on clean as well.)
