a) complete every WOD Rx. CHECK
b) try not to hurt myself. CHECK (mostly)
c) enjoy the crowd and the comradery [TRIPLE CHECK]
d) somehow contribute to a CFHSV team qualifying for regionals. [Perhaps in some way-out statistical anomaly, who knows?]
Fee to Compete: $20
Tape for hands: $10
Gas to get to CFSHV: $50
The look on Ben Jarrell’s face when he put up his first- ever 135# snatch in the fire of competition: PRICELESS
Ha! Thanks Josh!
I also want to congratulate James on getting a chest to bar pullup this morning!
Awesome. Similar effort from Brandon McCraw on Thurs, first ever C2B, then he went on to rack 12 more in the WOD

50:54 Rx’ed. We’ll call this Hero WOD my buy-out after 3 days of Army Reserve stuff, including the PT test this morning. Rough WOD, but Josh G, Julia, Erin, et al were going hard to book-end the weekend and the Open season. Thanks to Dennis for some great C-J cues when I was getting fatigued.
