Yesterday’s workout- 10 rounds +10WBS an +5GHDs.
The Zone Challenge……BRING IT!
today was a rest day but i went to 3:00 class. My schedule is so hectic, i try to do it when i can. Russell had me do : 1000 meter row, 50 box jumps, 50 burpees. I believe it was around 10 min.? INTENSE!!!! on the quads.:)
Did yesterday’s workout:
10 WB shots at 16lbs
10 Back Extensions
10 GHD sit ups
At about 13:30 minutes I started sucking…I was starting the 9th round but could never really get going. I called it a day at 14:30 after only doing about 4 WB shots. My lower back was KILLING me…I was having some major nerve pain and thought it would be best to end it. Better luck next time. Just shows me again how weak my lower back is.
Rest day but rode 25 miles on road bike over and back Cecil Ashburn.
Cool blog. Did a self imposed Zone Challenge back in March, the first week was kinda rough. Stick with it, gets easier.
Nothing like a rest day spent in the sky. Did about 5 tandem jumps (lost count) plus a couple fun jumps turning a bunch of points. Great way to spend a beautiful day. You guys should come out and do a jump.
Made up Saturday’s WOD as rx’ed. 9 rounds + 10 wbs.
I HATE GDH’s.
