    5K-CCC 32:18 PR by 12 seconds!!!!!
    Not too bad considering the last time I ran the CCC was in October.
    PR after 5 months away from the trail felt good!
    Still have a sub 30 goal on this course, but, as long as I’m chipping away at my time, I’m happy!!

    Bring on Sectionals!!

    Tasha, you kicked butt on that course, with it being your first time!!!
    Way to go!

    5K CCC 32:06. Was a gorgeous day to run and I definitely think Kerri and I will do even better next time we run it since I won’t be bugging her asking “Where do I go now” every few minutes!! 🙂

    GOOD JOB GIRLS!!!! I drove 4.5 hours, my ass is sore and my whole upper body aches from yesterdays wod.

    I’m ready for sectionals to be here…I pray for restful sleep this week. 🙂

    Substituted 135lb power cleans for deadlift since i did dls on Friday.

    21-15-9

    box jumps @ 24″

    The screw from the end of my barbell flew off with 12 reps to go. I had to slide the collar back on the last 12 reps. slowed me dn a little. I need a new barbell. Any suggestions Russell? Will any vendors be at the game with barbells for sale?

    This was a tough workout….but to me the toughest component was the mental aspect. After the 21’s my body was yelling a loud and continuous STOP!!! It was hard to ignore…but it is/was “ignorable”. I just didn’t do a good job of that today.
