Deadlift, 5 reps
5 Ring handstand push-ups

    AM WOD knocked out “Death by Clean and Jerk” 135 lbs. 9 rounds plus 4, next time I know I can get ten.

    DL @ 235 lbs
    subbed weighted ring pushups @ 25 lbs for ring HSPUs. shoulder isnt read for HSPUs quite yet.

    Load was way too light, so I hit it hard.

    13:25 155# rounds 1-3, then 165# rounds 4-5. I need to grow a set and lift heavy to begin with!!!!(not actually grow)
    Parallettes with abmats.
    Dennis is a crazy man and I enjoy the push!

    8:40 @365 and rings

    First WOD in about three weeks. Great to be back in the sweatbox. A bit winded but ill get it back. Taking things slow this Summer.

    11:57 @215 and 7 parallette HSPU, rest were regular HSPU

      Oh…then around 7:30pm, ran as far as possible in 10 minutes (CF endurance) which wasn’t very far – 1.65km. Legs felt very heavy. But it is a starting place!
