Lotsa energy in there today! I got to WOD with the infamous Messrs Rauer and (Dr) Miller. Scaled Linda down to 185# DL, 155# bench, 95# squat clean…19:14. My lower back was revolting there in the 5-4-3 rep rounds!
wow that was a hard workout!
started rx’d and had to scale by the 3rd round.
Should have scaled the deadlifts… still having lower back issues. 315 with 5 reps to go became way to painful. Humbled…
