Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Power cleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

    I rotated sets of 25. Worked well this is minutes faster than last time.

    8 rounds even at rx’ed.

    Apparently under-nourished for this WOD. Closest to post-WOD pukie ever, still have the shakes a little. Great workout.

    8 rounds + 15
    65# for all three first two rounds
    35# Thruster
    65# HPC
    65# SDHP

    Last time I got 8 rds +1 as Rx’ed so this was an increase in number completed but doesn’t count because I had to drop to just the bar for the thruster part. My back is killing me and this seemed like a smart thing to do…even though I feel like a wuss.

    So, on Angie, do we have to get through 100 of each, before moving onto the next? Or, can we split it up however we want? Just trying to get it done right…..

    I think the actually RX way is 100 straight through so 100 pullups then 100 PU then 100 SU then 100 Squat.

    I broke it up into 4 rounds of 25 reps each so that worked much faster. It still is very unpleasant.

    Started with 65# then dropped to 55# too. My back was really locking up after doing the Clean/GHD WOD at 95.

    First time doing this WOD. Tried to keep up with Hudson but failed miserably. 6 + 8.
    SDHPs beat the hell out of my shins.

    Did “Angie” at home – 23:30. Used my crappy door frame pull-up bar so kipping was nearly impossible to do well. Finally had a chat with “Mr. Pukie”– urrgh!

    First full week of WODs at an CF affiliate. The coaching and group raises the intensity to a level I couldn’t get on my own. Metal being blasted through the speakers doesn’t hurt either.
