Tabata squats AM-15
Fran PM (on Saturday)-9:53 with the help of folk yelling clapping, encouraging in true CF fashion.
First 21 Thrusters unbroken. Then, one by one by one, pull-ups. Thinking I could have gotten benefit from the pull up clinic today.
Great Level 1 Cert, on day one with Russell, Bobbi, Chris Spealler, Matt Chan, and one other fella.
And LOVE CF OKC’s pull-up cage..very cool!! Looking forward to learning a lot more and to the same enthusiasm tomorrow!
In chattanooga. Their cf gym is not open on weekends…..weird.
Made one up. Death by situp / burpees – 11 minutes, then 600m lunge back to the house.
Womens class will meet at crosffit gym on Tues. and Thurs. 9:15…all other days at the Matrix.
10:19 Felt dizzy afterwards possibly due to empty stomach…rest day tomorrow.
Day 2 Level 1 Cert- AMRAP in 10 minutes Partner sit-ups passing 10# medball back and forth, ball overhead in lying position-7 reps, 7 Burpees,
9 rds. + 7 sit ups, + 6.5 burpees
Outstanding weekend, and I know you guys already know this, but, we’re SO lucky to have Russell….and, at the Certs, he’d make you even more proud!!
