Still learning how to do regular pull ups.did 5k(27.18) in montesano I like it there because it’s hilly.

bw-12(f)-changed grip then did-10-12, then several bodyweight. I stink at these. From now on, I will do several pull ups every time I walk into crossfit; regaurdless of the workout. Practice makes perfect:)
Great job today Kat, Mandy, Katie, and Jordon!!!

    At home – 25,30,35,40,45,50,55(x).

    then 5 @ 25,25,25

    Then 100 double unders

I did strict pullups. All I have are 25# and 40# dbs, so I was sticking 5 lb plates in my shorts to make the weights.

20-25-35-45-50-55-60(x). Tried another rep @ 50# but couldn’t quite do it. Good WOD. Some folks had some great numbers!

    3 rounds
150m 40# overhead med ball run – toss and chase back
    20 GHD SU’s
    50 DU’s

untimed but with a sense of urgency.
    DU’s went suprisingly well

That video is not right. I kept waiting to see Amy Pohler or someone else from the SNR cast working the Shake Weight. That is funny.

  17. Tricer says:

The shake weight … um… they are actually using something similar for PT on the shoulder called ‘Body Blade’. I will say its a quick way to get your muscles to cramp up on you, but I didn’t really see any improvement in function or pain.

    40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100. Dips @ 45# 10, 9, 8 …

  19. tracey says:

I think the shake weight is hilarious and perverted at the same time!! I cant be the only one to think so. LOL

  20. Karen says:

Really!? Shake Weight!? Tracey, I agree on both points…hilarious and perverted!

  21. Patrick says:

The Shake Weight…perfect gift for both mom and dad.
