Still learning how to do regular pull ups.did 5k(27.18) in montesano I like it there because it’s hilly.
bw-12(f)-changed grip then did-10-12, then several bodyweight. I stink at these. From now on, I will do several pull ups every time I walk into crossfit; regaurdless of the workout. Practice makes perfect:)

I did strict pullups. All I have are 25# and 40# dbs, so I was sticking 5 lb plates in my shorts to make the weights.
20-25-35-45-50-55-60(x). Tried another rep @ 50# but couldn’t quite do it. Good WOD. Some folks had some great numbers!

That video is not right. I kept waiting to see Amy Pohler or someone else from the SNR cast working the Shake Weight. That is funny.
The shake weight … um… they are actually using something similar for PT on the shoulder called ‘Body Blade’. I will say its a quick way to get your muscles to cramp up on you, but I didn’t really see any improvement in function or pain.
