32:29 IT HURT!!!! but felt great at the end!
32:40 or 32:30…I can’t remember! I started off as Rxed and then wussed out and went to the 10lb ball midway through round two. Rough workout!
Actually it was 34 something…geez…I suppose I can say that I was just so tired that my brain went dyslexic.
29:50, shoulders still completely fried from Thruster workout specifically rear delts. Had trouble catching Daniel kept pulling away during wallball shots “Hate those things”.
Knocked about 5 minutes off last time, which I did at home.
