After 1.5 years of crossfit, I’ve finally done all the benchmark girls that I know of. This one I don’t think I ever want to do again.
4 + 800m + 30kbs + 15 pullups. Scaled to 1 pood. I know I should have finished last 15 pullups after cut off, but I had nothing left. Thanks for an awesome class, Dennis.
