    41:23 scaled. Couldn’t make the GHD SU touching the ground, lower back did not like the hyperextension, had to stop that during round 2. But completed all 450 reps otherwise. Sucker was rough.
    Matthew K: scaled to 8kg KB 30 reps, 15 burpees, and 30 anchored SU. The kid hung in there. 34:22
