    My man Joel ain’t messin around. He got the original pick-nick table, four cinder blocks, and a flippin rake. He’s fit and he fittin to mess somebody up! Joel first came to CFHSV and let us know he wouldn’t be sticking around after the 101. He just wanted the basics and he’d be doing CrossFit on his own. I guess this is what he had in mind when he was gonna do this alone. Well we are happy he chose to stick around because he’s enriched our gym and our lives. Thanks for sticking around Joel 😁

      This is what might happen when a redneck CrossFit addict is left alone without supervision. I only used that thing once for back squats. Mandee had pity on me when she saw this picture and found a barbell for me to use. I miss the nice equipment at CFHSV!

    My hair has gotten so long from this quarantine that during the sit-ups it was getting caught behind my back. I kept thinking my hair is finally Mandee long. Miss you guys! Keep up the fabulous work at CFHSV. Best box ever.
