For Max Reps of Each Exercise:

-Tabata Russian Kettlebell Swings   40/32/24/20/12kgs

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata Push Press   55/45  75/55  95/65  115/75

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata Toes to Bar

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata Kettlebell Goblet Step-Ups   30/24/20/18/12″

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata WallBall Sit-Ups (unanchored)   20/14/10lbs

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata Over the Bar Burpees

Rest 2 minute/rotate

-Tabata Sumo Deadlift High Pull   55/45  75/55  95/65  115/75

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals or 4min.

*This is 28 minutes worth of Tabata training and 12min rest for a total of 40min.

    Such a cool set up and I know it’s sturdy as can be and made well because of the rocket scientist who built it! I have no doubt Travis is putting in the work while at home! He’s an animal in and out of the gym, a revered professional in his field and a kind hearted family man too. Miss you, Travis! ?

      Tough WOD for a tougher dude! And doing that WOD with the bike is even worse…I think. Great job on strength and WOD

    Really proud of this home rig that Travis and I built. I wasn’t surprised when Travis asked for my help and tools for the project and was happy to do it. Travis is a lot brighter than he lets on. He was a big help. I know you’re wearin that rig out dude! See at 11:30 sooner than later

    Yesterdays wod: did the strength yesterday then the rain caught me couldn’t do wod. So I did today. Did a clean complex before wod at 85%
    Hit a 200# hang clean for a 15lb. Pr.
    155, 170, 180, 190, 200. Felt strong.
