    A few Mo truisms (in no particular order)
    1. Warm-ups are stupid and waste of time
    2. Game day player
    3. If your gonna hoot and holler, you better have real weight on the bar
    4. Don’t partner with Mo in a partner wod- you will suffer
    5. You are a fortunate person if Mo is your friend- he will always have your back.
