To all of you young parents out there. You know who you are: This is verbatim conversation I had with my youngest daughter about 22 years ago. If you see this tendency in your little girl or boy…hold on for the ride of your life. 🙂

Thanks for sharing! Made my morning
That’s great,man.
Yesterday’s WOD: 24 hour AMCAP (as many calories as possible) of pina coladas, and ice cream.
Today: 4 mile run on beach. By the way it’s a better idea than what it actually ends up feeling like. If my ankle swelling subsides I might check out Crossfit 1834 (I think that’s it) tomorrow.
I watched that 3 times. Laughed harder each time! Thanks Paul! 🙂
Thanks for sharing Paul!!. Mac and I laughed so hard watching that and Claire wanted to watch it over and over….
Thanks for sharing Paul! Love it!
38:39 so painful. Paul M. was incredible today!

Cut runs in half, kept med ball weight at 14# and did all burpee pull-ups. Wasn’t sure if running the full amount on the track would aggravate my IT band. Didn’t matter, couldn’t really feel my legs anyways, the heat felt like it was melting them.
The 3:00 class was amazing! All rxd!! Great job.
Adam and Randy really pushed through on this one and did a great job.
