WOD:

“Hope”

3 rounds of:

burpees

power snatch 75/55

box jumps 24″/20″

thrusters 75/55

CTB pull ups

“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout, you move from each of the 5 stations after 1 minute. This is a 5 minute round from which a 1 minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of “rotate” the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep. Score = total reps from all exercises and all rounds.

    I had to leave town a day early so will miss this WOD today. Was looking forward to it. Watched the UFC last night to get in the mood. Kill it today. Will train in Phoenix this week back on Sat. Thanks for keeping the old man encouraged…:-)
