“Gwen” (for load)
15 – 12 – 9 reps of:
Clean (Power or Squat or both) and Jerk
Rules
– Touch and go at floor only.
– Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul.
– No Dumping.
– Use same load for each set.
– Rest as needed between each set approximately 3-5 minutes (no more than 5 min)
