“Tabata Something Else”
Tabata pull-ups
Tabata push-ups
Tabata air squats
Tabata ab-mat anchored sit-ups
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises on Tabata Something Else.
Score = total reps from all 32 intervals
I would like to give the biggest shout out to Duke and all the CFHSV coaches and athletes that help support, push and make CFHSV the GREAT place it is. The strong bonded and extremely fit CFHSV community is what makes all of us continue to be stronger than yesterday. It was a blessing to see so many of my CFHSV family at the CF Games. Keep doing what you are doing, but more importantly keep on CrossFitting, CFHSV style. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!
Kudos to you DB for helping us make CFHSV who we are along with all of the staff and athletes. Keep up the exceptional programming but feel free to skip running and burpees for a while 🙂
