Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Beast of the Valley competition on Saturday! A special congratulations to Shae who finished 3rd in her division! You all represented yourself and CFHSV to the best of your ability and with great sportsmanship. Thank you also to all those that came out to support your fellow friends and athletes. It was a great day of lifting and competing. Another congratulations to Dennis who competed in the Oklahoma Games this weekend. His team finished 3rd out of 50 teams. Congrats to all and continue your awesome training!
