Spend 5 min working on HSPU technique and speed    


21-15-9 reps for time of:

-Deadlifts 225/155lbs  MRX 185/125

-HSPU  MRX 2/4″ rise

    light weight, focus form/tech/speed
    Warm-up: 1.5hrs yard work????
    A: E2MOM for 10 rds –
    6 hang sqt cleans @145#
    B: EMOM for 10 rds –
    6 push jerks @145#
    C: EMOM for 10 rds –
    5 hang power snatch @115#
    – Plan was to lift heavy, but left lower knee pain w/sqts.
