WOD:
“Lynne”
5 rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press (75% BW females)
Pull-ups
Once bench press is complete, walk immediately over and conduct pull-ups
Rest 3 minutes between each round

Nice buddy. Finally got back on the mountain bike today. Felt great even with my blown front fork.
Been out of town all week. Did 13.1 Masters at Crossfit Champ today. 146 reps. Goal was 151. Left 4 burpees on the table but was out o gas…. That was an evil WOD. Logged it in to the Crossfit HSV team today. Champ will confirm it.
