    40 Air Squats
    30 Walking Lunges
    20 Burpees
    Time = 29:16, RX w/ 20# Vest
    (Obviously I’m out of shape; 1st vest in approximately 1yr)
    B: Sprint/Speed Walk –
    10X100m 80% sprints w/ 100m speed walk after each sprint:
    Total Time = 12:12 (no vest)
