    Scaled: 20″ box, and 25 of the 50 back extensions were hip extensions.
    And, my knees certainly didn’t touch my elbows every time…so, that was also scaled, Russell says….

    33:38- better time (by about 2 minutes) than the last F50 in July, and that was scaled with an 18″ box.

    Oh, and, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLIE!!! You will always be the Wizard of CrossFit!!! What was that game called again?

    We had a cut off time of 40 minutes on the clock, and my group started 2nd at 3 minutes in so technically I was 47 sec. past the cutoff. However, I went ahead and finished because I only had 8 DU left.

    I’m just happy to be able to do DU instead of tuck jumps now.

    Scaled with 18 in box. and like Kerri, my knees didn’t touch my elbows EACH time. 34:24.

    45:11 (1st time) – Lost lots of time on the wall balls (took forever), and burpees – hit the wall after the 1st 5 burpees (slimed through the last 45). Scaled the DUs with tuck jumps. Way over the cut-off time.
