    A Coach’s Congratulations.
Nothing makes a Coach prouder than to see his athletes train hard, train smart, work hard, and strive to better themselves daily in all aspects of their lives. One other area that makes a coach very proud is when their athletes put themselves in a competitive event and go for it.

Here is a Great Big Congratulations. We had some spectacular performances this weekend. Many competed in and kicked butt in the Dr. Gary Hunter USAW Open Qualifier meet. Mandee qualified for the American Open and won her class. Look out Big D here we come as this is the Big Time! Haley kicked butt and took the Silver in her class. Roni hit two PRs and won her class. Nathaniel also went big and took Silver in his class. Mac and Larry performed exceptionally and went big chasing the allusive PR in competition. This was the first meet for all of these BBOLC athletes except Mandee and they represented very respectably and built meet knowledge and confidence.

Tracey went and smoked the competition and won “The Aged to Perfection” CrossFit Competition in Franklin, Tennessee.

It takes a lot to put yourself out on the competition floor, ignore the stress, feelings of doubt, critics and look eye-to-eye at your fellow competitors and the crowd and go for it. But when you do, you discover a new you and grow as a competitive athlete and gain the respect of all there to witness your attempts. Great job this weekend CFHSV athletes, way to represent!
