One of my best buddies is a former member of the Lumberjack 20. The unit is still strong today, incorporating this horrific day into its lineage and history. I welcome the day when justice is served for “Major” Hasan.

Finished the JFK 50 Miler yesterday in Central MD with a 55-member contingent from Team Red, White & Blue including WOD 4 Warriors founder Sam Linn (doing his first ultra). 10hr 17min, guess I should have trained! Gorgeous weather on the A.T. and along Potomac River. Given how my hips and ankles feel this morning, think I will return to ultra running semi-retirement!

See everyone in the box later this week.
