    Oh, I was scaled too.My toe was on the box for ring dips.

    Clint you are doing a fine job. We are funnin with you. Change is often a good thing, getting us out of our comfort zone.
    Crossfit is really the definition of staying out of your comfort zone. Atleast for me it is.:)

    I have no idea what my time was. Josh told me but I was so frazzled from pushing myself on the last round that I dont remember.

    16:02 but muscle ups were on a power rack bar and some jumping was involved.

    7% grade incline

    Mile 1: 7:33
    rest 2 mins
    Mile 2: 9:15
