Hello CFHSV Athletes, please note that the videos show a “Power Snatch”/a standard for ground to overhead without stopping in the middle for ISABEL. As most of you know for the CFHSV LeaderBoard it is Squat Snatches which is a different time domain and physical stressing workout.
We will spend approximately the first half of class today working on the Snatch with Skill Transfer Exercises and Snatch Drills. It is a good class to come to if you need to work on your Snatch.
During the WOD, I will give you the choice of ISABEL as a Power Snatch or a Squat Snatch. Please know only the Squat Snatch time can make the Leader Board. I want to give you the opportunity to try either way today. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!
