“The intensity and use of functional movements at CrossFit Huntsville makes it unique. Age and current physical fitness are not a factor, CrossFit has made me feel more active and energetic, allowed me to better handle life’s physical challenges, and maximize my physical potential.
The more you put in, the more you get out, and improvement can be seen at any age. I have not found a more balanced, functional and fast exercise program. I get more out of 10-30 minutes of a CrossFit WOD than several hours in a gym with other programs. Is it easy? No. Nothing worthwhile ever is. But it works. I don’t think it is possible to train with CrossFit and not see impressive results.”
