    As Rx’d- 66 minutes. This was pretty rough on the CC course, but it was my first 10K ever, so I’m not too disappointed that I didn’t break one hour. Of course, it remains to be seen if I can walk tomorrow…

    10K – 56:00
    -horrible internal oblique cramp from about 4k – 7k
    then runner’s high (or cramp just went away)…not sure

    disappointed with the time but pysched that I know I can do better sans cramps the next time this comes around. It really was not that bad.

    BIG PROPS to Mandy for completing her first ever 10K and pushing on! She told me she was only planning on a 5K. Nice job Mando!

    5k +1mile-44:24-10K legitimately?….maybe one day. But, I’m just thankful that the next time I show up in the gym, I don’t have bear the wrath of Russell or Katherine for bailing on the 10K day!!!! Whew!

    Finished the 10K in 65:39. I did the first 5K in 29:32 which is a PR.

    did the 5K slower than usual by about three minutes…30:50…ugh. Felt like lead. Maybe from Eva the day before??? Then went back and ran some with various groups as they were coming in… I will try to get back and do the full 10K when I am not leading a class.

    Bike to work: 25:11

    Overhead Squats: 95/5, 115/5, 135/5,155/3,155/3, 175/F,175/F, 135/10 Definitely have lost a little strength from doing the death race. Was doing 155 for 5 for several sets, could only get 3 reps at 155 today. Also I’ve maxed at 175 before and failed with it twice today.

    Bike home: 37:25 longer route

    Didn’t finish the 10K, only got about 4.5 miles in.

    60 minutes, I didnt want to press the pace. Since the weather was lovely I walked 4 miles 2 of which I carried my son, good think he weighs about 10 lbs. Frequent arm changes worked well. Lower back still saying hello from the 73lbs KBS
