    As Rx’d 30:05

    My L and strict pullups were not pretty. Not all were good enough to officially count, but it was all I had. Upper body still needs a lot of improvement.

    37:05 with KTE instead of L pulls. really excited that I did real pullups for the rest of the workout! practice is paying off and it’s getting easier!

    21.47 – Still slow on running….but I can say with authority that I wasn’t really pushing myself all that hard this morning. Still does not mean that I’m not slow..

    Sub’d 800m row (upper body blaster)
    Time was 31 min and change. I didn’t even note the time.
    Took me over 3 min to do the last 10 pull ups.
    The rowing still feels awkward.

    23:58 I was chasing Brad the entire day I didn’t pull in close until the last round of pullups. L pullups continue to be a PIA add that to the list of growing frustrations.
