Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps

    I did 3 rounds with 115# then i realized that i had wrong plates on so i changed the weight to Rx’d 95# for the last round.
