24:01 Slow. Was in the lead until the turn, then passed by Nate, Zak and Garth. Next time! Actually Nate passed me right before the turn, but I had a good pace going. Nothing worse feeling then getting beat when you were in the lead. It ruined my night. ah well.

And, yes. My site was hacked by a Turkish hacker. Apparently, he hacked hundreds of thousands of sites at once using an error in the programming language.
I ran 5 miles untimed this morning. Ran from hotel on Waikiki to base of Diamond Head – nice incline. I found a little trail and ran/crawled/scaled up the mountain as fast as I could. Got to the top and then ran along the “trail” at the top. I went back down and found a pullup bar and did 50 pullups (20-10-6-8-6). Beautiful run.
I was debating the running up the side of the mountain part since there wasn’t any trail and all i heard in my head was Russell saying “Make it suck”.
30:29. Added about 10 seconds when I made a slightly wrong turn near the end. Never run a 5-k before, and no cross-country in years, so could’ve been worse. Could’ve been a lot BETTER, too. Nowhere to go but up…
Oh! Almost forgot. Also did a bit of shoulder presses at lunch.
My right shoulder was sore from playing tennis yesterday, and I could feel right away that it wasn’t going to be a good day to do shoulders. I was wishing I had made class in time to catch the lunch runners for the 5K.

Then I got interrupted by a rude ass muther**** subcontractor. I’m glad there was no one else in the room when I took that call. Prick ruined my afternoon. Didn’t do the PJ, didn’t feel much like doing any more shoulders, plus I was pissed. So I decided to run with the night crew. I’m glad I did.
Did the WOD without timing. Worked on the pose method and I think I made some progress. It feels like Iโm running slower, so I probably donโt have it right yet.
30:45 – Completely out of shape and starting from square one. At least I didn’t throw up after this round of cardio. That’s a step in the right direction.
And yes, that hill is the devil.

ran the whole thing pose and I need some help understanding downhill with pose. leaning forward from the ankle on that hill doesn’t work in my book! ๐
Ankle still needs some time off. Did 75 Snatches at 75 lbs. for time instead.

Ran a hilly 5k at home this am 23:01 could have ran harder but had a good pace throughout.
Ran at home about 3 miles in 20:30. Almost exact same as last time. Tried pose method for first quarter mile and then couldn’t anymore.
