  1. Russell says:

Ankle still needs some time off. Did 75 Snatches at 75 lbs. for time instead.

  2. Zak says:

23:33 up from 22:52 last time and it now looks like I will not be attending the Regional Qualifier in Jacksonville. Crappy day.

  3. Craig Herr says:

Ran a hilly 5k at home this am 23:01 could have ran harder but had a good pace throughout.

  4. Hudson Slater says:

Ran at home about 3 miles in 20:30. Almost exact same as last time. Tried pose method for first quarter mile and then couldn’t anymore.

  5. Brad says:

24:41 which is five seconds slower than last time. It could have somethingto do with not taking a rest day this week. Either way I shouldn’t have stop to walk up the hill.

  6. Daniel says:

24:01 Slow. Was in the lead until the turn, then passed by Nate, Zak and Garth. Next time! Actually Nate passed me right before the turn, but I had a good pace going. Nothing worse feeling then getting beat when you were in the lead. It ruined my night. ah well.

    Good job guys.

  7. Patrick says:

WTF, 75 snatches at 75lbs. I’d name that one Insane Isabel.
    Hmmm…gotta try it.

Looks like it’s after 8 pm, time to make the doughnuts.

  8. Russell says:

    it has a name… but I can’t remember it

  9. Nathan Judge says:

22:55. behind my last one by 3 freakin seconds. i was so pissed. i hate running

  10. Garth says:

23:21. I need to warm up before these. The first mile felt like running through jello but got stronger coming back.

And, yes. My site was hacked by a Turkish hacker. Apparently, he hacked hundreds of thousands of sites at once using an error in the programming language.

  11. Larry Lowe says:

I ran 5 miles untimed this morning. Ran from hotel on Waikiki to base of Diamond Head – nice incline. I found a little trail and ran/crawled/scaled up the mountain as fast as I could. Got to the top and then ran along the “trail” at the top. I went back down and found a pullup bar and did 50 pullups (20-10-6-8-6). Beautiful run.

I was debating the running up the side of the mountain part since there wasn’t any trail and all i heard in my head was Russell saying “Make it suck”.

    Thanks Russell. Be home Saturday.

  12. J.D. says:

30:29. Added about 10 seconds when I made a slightly wrong turn near the end. Never run a 5-k before, and no cross-country in years, so could’ve been worse. Could’ve been a lot BETTER, too. Nowhere to go but up…

  13. Daniel says:

Oh! Almost forgot. Also did a bit of shoulder presses at lunch.

My right shoulder was sore from playing tennis yesterday, and I could feel right away that it wasn’t going to be a good day to do shoulders. I was wishing I had made class in time to catch the lunch runners for the 5K.

    sp 135, 155, 165 175(x)
    pp 155, 175, 185, 155 155

Then I got interrupted by a rude ass muther**** subcontractor. I’m glad there was no one else in the room when I took that call. Prick ruined my afternoon. Didn’t do the PJ, didn’t feel much like doing any more shoulders, plus I was pissed. So I decided to run with the night crew. I’m glad I did.

  14. Lindsey says:

25:21- 25 seconds better than my last time but I still had to walk up most of the hill.
    I hate that stupid hill!

  15. Slade White says:

Did the WOD without timing. Worked on the pose method and I think I made some progress. It feels like Iโ€™m running slower, so I probably donโ€™t have it right yet.

  16. leah says:

  17. Lindsey says:

30:45 – Completely out of shape and starting from square one. At least I didn’t throw up after this round of cardio. That’s a step in the right direction.
And yes, that hill is the devil.

  18. Will Blankenship says:

29:45… Could have gone a lot faster, but I hate running, so I guess my body was in protest. The stench of fresh cow s**t piercing my nostrils didn’t help any… I don’t like poop.

Looks like I’m not the only puker any more. ๐Ÿ˜€

The hill sucked. I walked up it.

  19. klowe says:

    – 36seconds off of my pr. I fully attribute this to starting the run at my house instead of the parking lot of the CC course. it made the hill occur at the very end of the run……..

………..at least I tell myself this is why I was slower…….

    …..truth is I’m just slow

  20. robbdempsey says:

very slow on this run… right around 35 minutes.

ran the whole thing pose and I need some help understanding downhill with pose. leaning forward from the ankle on that hill doesn’t work in my book! ๐Ÿ™‚

  21. dankno says:

3 miles in the neighborhood. haven’t done that in at least a year.

  22. Justin says:

Ran about 3 miles at home Sunday in 24:55
