    This was horrible. Dips were slow.

    Bench 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout) 280#
    Weighted Pull Ups 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 80,85,90,95,100(1)

    Complete 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, reps of:
    KB Swings 2 pood
    Sprint 40 yards

    Used 75# dumbbell and 20 yards out 20 yards back.

    Anchored situps. Ring dips were the worst of it.

    20:09 first 5 rounds as rx’d, last 5 rounds scaled.
    Did first 5 rounds as Rx’d, then couldn’t continue ring dips unbroken so dropped down to 8 reps to finish wod. Still hit muscle failure in rounds 8,9,10 and broke the them into 4,3,1. Pull-ups were tough, my grip strength is taxed from this week’s wods but the dips were definitely the hardest part.

    Every time I scale, DOOOSH is the first word that pops into my head. I’m going to have to change my mindset about this scaling for intensity situation.

    First Squat session post surgery, still taking it easy.
    Box Squats to 12 ” box + 45 bumper. 95-135-185 form work, still can’t get these anywhere near a full squat.
    Back Squats: 185(5)-205(5)-215(5)

    Then:

    5 rds of todays WOD as Rx’d: 8:40

    21:05 scaled, 3 band pullups, 3 dips on Jake’s fancy contraption, 10 situps, 10 squats. Definitely some waiting around on equipment, but no complaints from THIS gal!

    First 4 Rounds as rx then next 3 rounds scaled to 5 ring dips. Finished 7 rounds +10 pullups in 20 minutes. Ring dips definitely got me. Ate too close to classtime, too.
