    CrossFit Impulse is hosting a clinic with the guys from Spin Care who had a booth at our sectional competition. They met with me at the gym last night and took me through an overview of what they do. It was very intriguing to say the least. I think both Jeff and David at CFI have had success overcoming persistent injuries with these techniques. Anyone who is interested should check out this site:

    I was way off on my first set. I struggled with the 5th rep and looked at my jornal to check the weight. I was supposed to use 270 as last week was 265.

    sick, exhausted, fatigued or something……

    Attempted the AMRAP from yesterday. First round felt heavy but doable….started the second round and literally could not do any more than 3 pullups. Sat there trying to get a PU going and it wasn’t going to happen. The most obvious “QUIT and GO HOME” sign my body has ever sent me.

    Still love the way this WOD looks and look forward to making it up soon.
