If you have never done a CF event then this is your opportunity to find out more about yourself and what you are capable of….even when you think you are capable of no more. Trust me…they are fun and the sense of accomplishment no matter where you place is worth the pain and anxiety!

4 rounds even in 33:10. Started at Rx’d weight on the cleans, but then I couldn’t open my hips properly so I dropped to 115. Still wasn’t opening my hips.

Crappy day – I felt great, but my hamstrings are still SO tight from Stephen that it affected my strength. Also, have a shoulder pain on my left from the last 3 backsquat WODs (did somthing dumb) that I did not want to exacerbate with thrusters, since sectionals is coming up. Anyways… did 85lb cleans and 65lb front squats.

Awesome watching Russell and Kevin do this workout today. I would pay to see it again.

Started as Rx, but after 2 cleans dropped to 115# to finish out the first round. Rounds 2 & 3 bumped it up to 120#. 3 full rounds at 30 min cut off.
