Legs felt rough from soccer tuesday night and cindy yesterday.
Alone at lunch….where you peeps at???
Did max double unders until failure immediately after the squat…averaged about 35 or so
X….due to time constraint.
Ran 1 mile at XC course in 6:42
I created this workout. I was pissed off at the time.
Run 1mile, 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, 20 squats (5 rounds for time) i did it in 49:something. I LIKED IT AND NEEDED THE 5 MILES OF RUNNING. Try it and enjoy!!!!

12 ring dips
6 rounds plus 11 hang cleans
My forearms were blitzed from the hang cleans. Grip died. Tough little wod. Nice to have Garth there to twll me to not jump off my toes.
7 +15 HPC
First 4 rounds unbroken.
I felt pretty good after taking a union break on Thursday. Sticking point was grip strength and hands are pretty raw.
