    I was within 5# on the squat cleans of doing this WOD rx’ed. I used the heaviest DB we had, because I didn’t think to use the kettle bells. Oh well, sucks for me. Finished in 29:01.

    (used the 54 kb’s as we only had the 45lb dumb bells)

    28:26… scaled… damn it!!!

    Double unders slowed me down a little more than they should have.

    The L-sit pullups weren’t as strict as they should have been, but I’m slowly getting better at them. Honestly… if Josh had been intolerant on the L-sits, I’d still be there right now… so that 28:26 is not accompanied by a head held high.

    Used the 45# db’s. I couldn’t quite handle the 54# kb’s.

    CFE wod today:
    WU: 1 mile
    Run: 8x200m, hold within 2-3 sec or Foul.
    CD: 1 mile
    Rest time it took to run Intervals
    Foul= Bottom of lunge Isometric holds 90sec Right leg, 90sec Left leg, back knee hovers just above the ground.

    Held all intervals to between 33 – 36 secs.

    Did this one with 40# DB

    20 minute cutoff (had to go to class)

    2 rounds + 30 double unders and 6 L-pull-ups

    25:00 cutoff w/35# db
    1rd + 30 du’s, 3 min L-hold and 6 squat cleans
