Warm up-

Spend 4 minutes each side with a trigger point ball moving up and down the scapula, then head out on a 400 meter warm-up run.

 

Workout-

Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Bar-facing burpees

Post time to comments.

 

Remember that the 4:30 and 5:30 class will also be a New Balance sponsored shoe try-on. There will be plenty of sizes and styles available and refreshments will be provided for after the workout!

    First of all, THANK YOU to everyone who came out for the Lululemon Trunk Show on Tuesday. It was a great event and I am so glad that many of you were able to attend.

    Secondly, don’t forget that the 430 and 530 WODs will be try-on days for the latest New Balance shoes! In addition, there will be snacks and refreshments for your post=WOD enjoyment.

    Finally, don’t forget to come out and join us on Saturday at 1200(ish) for the CFHSV Family Day! Meat will be provided but please bring a dish to share!

    16:05. Scaled weight to 45#, but good news–no throbbing in my groin!! Maybe I can start easing up the weight a little more at a time!
