Three rounds for time of:
Walk on hands, 100 feet
Hold handstand against wall for two minutes
15 Handstand push-ups

Post total time to comments MINUS the six minutes of static handstands.

Of all the outrages in the world, we can sleep soundly knowing this one has been ended.

Day 4 of the Zone Diet Challenge- If you haven’t experienced an urge to cheat yet, you will. What foods are you craving the most? If you do cheat, be sure to clear your guilty conscious by writing your cheat food and name on our “wall of shame”!

    Flew to California today (Wednesday). Went to CF One World, Freddy Camacho’s gym in Union City. It is 1/2 MMA gym and less involved than I expected. Still, good people in there with lots of Crossfitters.

    WOD — 400m run+500m row — 5 rounds for time, no rest
    20:48 — my back was killing me from the CF Football deadlift WOD yesterday.

    This is a benchmark workout for them and a good one. They come back to it every once in a while (sometimes resting between rounds and sometimes not) to see how people are doing.

    They are in an industrial park next to a Fast and the Furious garage. Also next to them is a fudge factory, which proved the hardest part of the WOD. Every time you ran out the garage door for the run, you get a huge blast of chocolate fudge wafting through the air. They are also doing a diet challenge, so I think this must be extra tempting. I forgot to eat before the WOD — not good. Tomorrow, I may go to CF Santa Clara. See you all this weekend.

    I like this WOD! Something I can do… WELL! I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks though. May cause me problems. Just have to find a time to come in. Dr appts interfering with Crossfit! Grr!

    Lovin’ this new WOD stuff. (except the 250WBS one…that one still sucks)

    This just looks horrible though.

    We’ll need a dustmop for sure if we are gonna handstand walk. As much as I love our gym……dem floors is na-asty.

    35:32- 6 minutes = 29:32 as rx.

    watch out for the screws protruding from the floor at the hspu station. Gashed pointer finger. Left a trail of blood on the handstand walk. hspu’s were rough. Singles for the last two rounds.

      Thanks, but I can’t take all the credit for these fabulous dinners. Aaron’s been coming over to grill, but if anyone wants the recipes, I’ll be happy to share. 🙂

      Also, I was thinking Zone dinner parties might be fun (maybe once a month)! If anyone wants in, let me know. I’ll be happy to coordinate.

    Wow, I was weak today. I hate when I can’t go as rx’d… it puts me in a bad mood and I just want to elbow somebody in the farkin teeth.

    Row for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute.

    *Row for 1 minute as many meters as you can, rest one minute.
    *Continue this cycle for a total of 20 minutes.
    *Your score is the total amount of meters rowed – goal is row at least 3000 meters
    *Penalty is 1 handstand push up for every 5 meters under 3000 meters.

    This was hard. I have never hand-stand walked until today, and I got the first 50 feet without a fault. then I wore myself out on handstands and felt like a clumsy idiot for the next two rounds.

    This is the only workout to bother my old back injury in well over a year. I’ve got a tendency to hyperextend my lower back even with a good handstand.

    Ahhhhhh…zoning on vacation is tough. Stuck to it for dinner and the owner brings out these homemade truffle balls of goodness….and I gave mine away.

    Man! How disappointing! I didn’t finish this one! Stopped at around 38 minutes as rx’d. I lost feeling in my left elbow on the last round and crashed to the floor twice trying to do HSPU (I did have a black piece of floor cover under my head so I didn’t crash directly on concrete!)
