17 round + through 10 AS
13 rounds + through 3 AS. Great job to Karen, Larry and Justin. I am going to pass these workouts in the AM and do them at lunch so my body has some energy. NO SLEEP = BAD CINDY. This was 3 rounds below my PR.
If the American people don’t wake up and pay attention I’m going to Scream!!!http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124217356836613091.html
my favorite part – secured creditors are getting .30 on the $ and the junior creditor (UAW union) is getting .50
i hope this isn’t why my banker called this AM – maybe he is reconsidering loaning me money knowing the government can supercede his rights to my assets!
Want to get on the same page now.
Cindy 26 + 5 pu (PR by 2)

.also just felt like typing it again b/c I am so PSYCHED to finally get more than 24 which I have been stuck on for 3 cindy’s in a row.
Cindy 13 rounds and 5 pullups. Pushups are my main weakness on this. I come to a slow crawl with them.
15 Rounds, 5 pulls ups (PR).
14 rounds + 5 pullups
First 10 minutes, soared like an eagle
Second 10 minutes, sank like a heavy turd
Kevin,
Congrats, 26 rounds in HUGE! My goal is 20. Alas, not today.
18 rounds + 5pu + 5 push up. A full round off my PR.
Need Sleep…zzzz.
17 rounds even. Need SLEEP! Like to redo at lunchtime. Think performance would be much better! Way to go Kevin!

Rest 20 mins
Deadlifts 3×5

Cindy- 26 rounds even.
This was two rounds under my most recent PR. I was at 15 rounds ten minutes in, but dropped pace considerably after that. Not bad considering the state I’ve been in. I’m now completely convinced that my performance in CF workouts is a better gauge of my health than traditional measurements or “symptoms” of sickness.
8 rounds + 5 pullups
21 Rounds and change (2 push-ups).
PR by 1+ round. Linked all but one pull-ups round I think.
Paused when I shouldn’t have on squats, and push-ups are still my weak link.
Kudos to anyone who attempted Mary. Looked extremely tough.
I should add that I did CTB about 80% of the time. Not 100%. Missed it at least once almost every round. Still working on that, but its coming more natural now. Still a PR though since last time I didn’t do CTB at all.
Did “Cindy”- 14 rounds + 5 pull ups. Beat my PR by one round and change. Started out fast. Too fast. Started to burn out too early. Still an improvement. But damn if Russell didn’t get right beside me on the bars, which really emphasized how much room there is for improvement. He and Daniel were kickin’ arse.
20 rnds + 5 pull-ups. PR by 3 rnds.
“Cindy”
10 rounds + 1 pull up. I would also like to add that I did my pull-ups on the rings! I don’t know why I volunteered to do that… but it SUCKED! I could have done better!
“Cindy”
18 rounds + 5 push ups. Still not able to do pull ups yet, so this is with jumping pull ups. Push ups were the hardest part for me.
11 Rounds.
Pullups are getting better! Finally getting the rhythm. Push ups slowed me down tho.
Had planned to go mtn biking, but got stuck at work til 2am.
“Cindy”
17 rounds and 5 pull-ups.
Cindy – 19, CTB pull-ups unbroken and relatively strong.
Push-ups were weak link
