    21:36 with 115 # thrusters and 10 reps/round. The last three days have been tough, but I’ve loved it.

    Really looking forward to doing this one again with the 11:30 class….but apparently the “walk-ins” had different plans for me today….uggghhhhh

    Gawd that puts me in the worst mood when that happens.

    18:27 with 95# thrusters. All unbroken until last dropped the barbell on 8 Jake and Ty yelled, if they didn’t I probably would not have picked it! Thanks

    After about round 3, the heat, pain, and lack of oxygen made me shut down mentally. This was brutal.
