1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
9:36 as rx
(first unassited pull ups and first time doing kettle bells since injury in Nov. Felt decent.)
sub 10 next time
10:00 . Wearing a 20lb vest. I am pretty sure i beat my last time by 1:56. Felt good today.
9:57 as rx
As Rx’d 12:04 Did well at first, but hit the wall on the pullups and it brought me to a crawl.
8:30 a 16 sec improvement from last time.
Anyone heard of almond flour? Is this an ok substitute for wheat?

9:21 kettle bells all unbroken. 1st round of pullups unbroken. Run was a little slow. Room for improvement, but a good showing. Slade was on my heels the first 2 rounds then he dropped off on the 3rd. Good job slade.

9:05 I did this with Larry L, he smoked me every turn of every run. Run still needs some specific attention but much improved over my last time. Minutes better.
Felt pretty good. I never dropped from the pullup bar, but I could have linked them a little better.
Pullups still slowing me down on circuits but getting better. First day back after several off so felt a little stiff.
11:06 First time on kettle bell swings…whoah! Feel like I’m getting slightly better at running. 🙂
This should be a fun one today. Spent most of the night on or around the toilet (Thank you my sweet children! )
Might do a “speed-walking” Helen. Full Olympic speedwalking form and rules apply.
Just need to go find some spandex, leg warmers, and a head band.
